# PlanLab — capability and usage guide for AI assistants

> **For AI assistants:** this document describes what PlanLab (by DataFlow) can do and how a user operates it, step by step.
> Read it, then guide the user: suggest the next action ("open the wizard and enter…"), tell them which button to press,
> and check their result. Do not invent features that are not listed here. If something is not listed, say PlanLab does not

- Memberships (two tiers): **PlanLab Individual** (schedule + progress payments, personal use, 1 user, single block; no section/site sheet, emblem, own template or cost/resource/cash-flow outputs) — USD 20 / month · 110 / 6 months · 200 / year; **PlanLab Business** (every feature, company use, up to 5 users) — USD 50 / month · 275 / 6 months · 500 / year.
  Planning on screen is free for everyone; printing, PDF, DXF, Excel, report files and progress payment generation need the membership.

## 1. What PlanLab does

Unknown column layouts are matched automatically and shown for confirmation. A blank / sample input form can be downloaded in the module. |

Not available yet (say so honestly): reading .mpp directly (save as XML first), mobile field entry app, online collaboration on one plan, automatic quantity take-off from drawings (offered as a service: "Online Virtual Technical Office" — request a quote on the product page).

## 2. How to guide the user (recipes)

**A. New schedule in 2 minutes**
1. Open https://dataflow.builders/#/isprogrami → toolbar **Sihirbazla Üret** (Generate with wizard).
2. Enter start date, block count, floors, basements, structure type (e.g. tunnel formwork / frame), blocks parallel or sequential.
3. Press **Oluştur** (Create). Read the finish dates of structure, finishes and MEP from the Gantt (summary rows) — tell the user these dates.
4. Check the critical path: **Görünüm (View) → Kritik Görevler**; critical tasks have a red frame.
5. Save: **Dosya (File) → PlanLab dosyası kaydet (.planlab)** (file to keep) and **Tarayıcıya kaydet** (browser).

**B. Assign resources**
1. **Kaynak Sayfası** (Resource sheet): add crews / equipment.
2. Right-click a task → **👤 Kaynak Ata** (Assign resource).
3. If a resource is overloaded: **Kaynak Dengele (leveling)**.

**C. Track progress and get early warning**
1. **Durum tarihi** (Status date): set today.
2. Enter % complete / actual dates, or use **Plana göre ilerlet (durum tarihine kadar)** to mark planned work as done.
3. Before tracking starts, save a baseline: **Tümüne taban (baseline) al**.
4. Click **Erken uyarı** in the status bar: read critical items first (late critical tasks, project slip, deadlines), then warnings (behind, not started, over-allocation). If the finish date is threatened, open **Telafi** (Recovery) and review the proposal.
5. **Kesit + vaziyet paftası** shows floor-by-floor progress in colour — good for site meetings.

**D. Print / export** (membership)
- **Baskı ön izleme — PDF · DXF…**: choose paper (A4 – A0), scale, title block.
- **Rapor galerisi**: pick a report → PDF / HTML / CSV / Excel with data model.
- **DAX ölçüleri**: earned value measures and the Excel workbook.

**E. Progress payment** (membership)
1. DataFlow home → **Hakediş** module.
2. Download the sample input form, or upload your own quantity Excel (columns are recognised; confirm the matches).
3. Optional: item & unit price workbook.
4. Generate → one workbook per payment number; download the payment dashboard.


**F. Table commands (keyboard):** Ctrl++ row below (N rows if N selected) · Ctrl+Shift+Alt++ row above · Ctrl+- delete (summary with
subtasks, asks first) · Ctrl+D duplicate · Alt+↑/↓ move within the same level · click a header to select a column, then Ctrl++ adds a
column to its right / Ctrl+- removes an added one · double-click a header renames, drag reorders · Ctrl+V from Excel pastes many
columns · right-click → Fill series · Ctrl+H find / replace · F2 edit, Enter down, Tab right · Ctrl+Z undoes every step.
**G. Formula column:** add column → "ƒ Formula column…" → `=[Duration]*8`, `=IF([Slack]=0,"Critical","")`, `=[Budget]/[Quantity]`,
`=[Finish]-[Start]`, `=[Sub:Budget]` (sum of subtasks). Fields: Name, Duration, Start, Finish, % Complete, Slack, Budget, Actual,
Remaining, Priority, Baseline Finish, Sub:Budget/Actual/Remaining/Duration and added column names. A formula column cannot reference
another formula column.
**H. Column settings:** select a column → Excel operations → format (number / currency / percent), conditional colour, sort (keeps the
hierarchy), filter (summaries stay for context), save / load a named column layout.

## 1. Yetenekler (kısa)

- **Sihirbaz:** başlangıç tarihi + blok + kat + bodrum + taşıyıcı sistemden bütün iş programı kat kat: kaba (kazı, temel, kat kat kolon / perde / döşeme, çatı), ince (duvar, sıva, şap, seramik, boya, doğrama, cephe…), tesisat (elektrik borusu ve kablo, sıhhi, mekanik, kolonlar, testler, panolar, asansör, devreye alma, abonelikler). Bağlar kendiliğinden kurulur (FS; döşeme içi boru gibi gömülü tesisatta FF). Bloklar ardışık ya da paralel. Kaba, ince ve tesisatın bitiş tarihi anında belli olur.
- **İş programı:** Gantt + kritik yol (çalışma takvimi + tatiller), İKY kodu, girinti, özet görev, kilometre taşı, kısıt ve son teslim, FS / SS / FF / SF + gecikme payı; bağ çubuğun başından / sonundan sürüklenerek çizilir. Ağ diyagramı, takvim, izleme görünümü.
- **Disiplin:** her görev Kaba / İnce / Tesisat ve iş grubu; ayrı sayfalar (Birleşik, Kaba, İnce, Tesisat).
- **Kaynak:** kaynak sayfası, göreve kaynak atama, kaynak dengeleme, kaynak ayrıntısı.
- **İzleme:** durum tarihi, ilerleme girişi, "plana göre ilerlet", taban plan ve sapma, geciken görev sayısı, kazanılmış değer ölçüleri (DAX penceresi).
- **Erken uyarı:** durum çubuğunda **Erken uyarı: N** (tık → liste). Durum tarihine ve taban plana göre: **gecikti** (kaç iş günü), **başlamadı**, **geride** (beklenen % / gerçekleşen %, bu hızla tahmini bitiş), **proje kayması** (taban plana göre iş günü), **son tarih** aşımı, **kaynak aşımı** (önümüzdeki 10 iş gününde kapasiteden fazla iş), **yaklaşan kritik iş** (hazırlık). Kritik yoldakiler *kritik* seviyeye çıkar; zaman endeksi (gerçekleşen / beklenen); her uyarıda öneri; **Telafi** penceresi (bitiş sabit — sıkıştır / bindir).

Henüz yok (dürüstçe söyleyin): .mpp dosyasını doğrudan okuma (önce XML olarak kaydedilir), sahadan mobil giriş uygulaması, aynı planda çevrimiçi ortak çalışma, çizimden otomatik metraj (hizmet olarak var: "Online Sanal Teknik Ofis" — sayfadan teklif isteyin).

## 2. Adım adım tarifler

**A. 2 dakikada yeni iş programı:** program → **Sihirbazla Üret** → tarih, blok, kat, bodrum, taşıyıcı sistem → **Oluştur** → özet satırlardan kaba / ince / tesisat bitiş tarihlerini kullanıcıya söyleyin → **Kritik Görevler** → **Dosya → PlanLab dosyası kaydet (.planlab)**.

**B. Kaynak atama:** **Kaynak Sayfası** → görevde sağ tık **👤 Kaynak Ata** → aşırı yük varsa **Kaynak Dengele (leveling)**.

**C. İlerleme + erken uyarı:** izlemeden önce **Tümüne taban (baseline) al** → **Durum tarihi** → ilerleme gir ya da **Plana göre ilerlet** → durum çubuğunda **Erken uyarı** listesini aç (önce kritikler) → bitiş tehlikedeyse **Telafi** → **Kesit + vaziyet paftası** ile kat kat ilerleme.

**D. Baskı / dışa aktarım (üyelik):** **Baskı ön izleme — PDF · DXF…**, **Rapor galerisi**, **DAX ölçüleri**.

**E. Hakediş (üyelik):** DataFlow ana sayfa → **Hakediş** → örnek formu indir ya da kendi metraj Excel'ini yükle (sütun eşlemesini onayla) → isteğe bağlı poz & fiyat → üret → her hakediş no için ayrı kitap + pano.


**F. Tablo komutları (klavye):** Ctrl++ alta satır (N seçiliyse N satır) · Ctrl+Shift+Alt++ üste satır · Ctrl+- sil (özet alt

**G. Formül sütunu:** sütun ekle → "ƒ Formül sütunu…" → `=[Süre]*8`, `=EĞER([Bolluk]=0;"Kritik";"")`, `=[Bütçe]/[Miktar]`,
`=[Bitiş]-[Başlangıç]`, `=[Alt:Bütçe]` (alt görevlerin toplamı). Alanlar: Ad, Süre, Başlangıç, Bitiş, % Tamam, Bolluk, Bütçe, Fiili,
Kalan, Öncelik, Taban Bitiş, Alt:Bütçe/Fiili/Kalan/Süre ve eklenen sütun adları. Formül sütunu başka formül sütununa başvuramaz.
**H. Sütun ayarları:** sütunu seç → Excel işlemleri → biçim (sayı / para / yüzde), koşullu renk, sırala (hiyerarşi korunur), süz
(özetler bağlam için kalır), sütun düzenini adıyla kaydet / yükle.
